Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you visit chishmish.com or place an order with Chishmish. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.
1. About us
Chishmish is an online eyewear store serving customers in Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@chishmish.com or on WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm PKT.
2. Your account
You may need an account to view your orders and saved prescriptions. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You must give accurate details and be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Products and prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. Please check the lens width, bridge width and temple length on each product page. We may change prices or correct pricing errors at any time, and the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
4. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or message. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a prescription cannot be made, or we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.
5. Prescriptions
You are responsible for giving us a correct and valid prescription. Our opticians review each prescription and may contact you if something is unclear or missing, and your order may be paused until we hear from you. We do not provide eye tests or medical advice. If you are unsure about your prescription, please see an eye care professional.
6. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, and other methods when they are available at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. We may switch off a payment method at any time. We never store card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, and prescription orders need extra time for lens cutting and fitting. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather or public holidays. Free delivery applies to orders over Rs 5,000 in major cities. Other delivery fees are shown at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as the courier will call before delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
You can return an order within 30 days of delivery if the frames are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us to arrange the return. Made-to-order prescription lenses can only be returned if they are faulty or we made them incorrectly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, once we receive and check the items. See the Shipping and returns page for the full process.
9. 365-day guarantee
Every frame is covered for 365 days from delivery against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, loss, misuse or normal wear. If your frame is faulty, send us your order number and photos and we will repair or replace it.
10. Virtual try-on
The try-on tool runs in your browser using your camera, and the camera image is not uploaded to our servers. It is a guide only, and the real fit and look of frames may differ.
11. Reviews and content
If you post a review or photo, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.
12. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's accounts or our systems, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, or place fraudulent orders.
13. Intellectual property
The Chishmish name, logo, text, images and design belong to us or our suppliers. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
14. Limit of liability
We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
16. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
