Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Prescription lenses need a little extra time to be cut and fitted.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000 in major cities.
- Delivery fees for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Track any order with your order number and phone number. No account needed.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier when your glasses arrive. We never store card details.
30-day returns
Changed your mind or the fit is not right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. Frames must be in their original condition.
365-day guarantee
Every frame is covered for a full year against manufacturing faults. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo, and we will repair or replace it.
